Location: Northborough, MA

Description: The Technical Sales Representative will be involved in developing and executing a sales strategy for electronic development services, and electronic products. An ambitious and versatile individual is sought to provide sales and marketing support for advanced motion control and digital audio products and design services. You will be responsible for all aspects of creating and executing a sales plan focused on generating new business for the company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain good relations with prospective and current customers of the company
• Identify target customers
• Create effective marketing materials
• Guide updates to website
• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate quotations
• Follow up on project quotations
• Identify viable sales channels for products
• Establish relationships with distributors and sales channels for products
• Coordinate with internal technical resources to set up and deliver technical data such as specifications, reports, etc
• Demonstrate strong technical and product knowledge as well as a commitment to continuously improving customer and sales support skills

Experience Skills Required / Preferred:

• Candidates should have familiarity with the electronics and software industry
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in a technology or manufacturing industry
• Experience in the electronics or software industry is a plus
• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a high-growth, product organization with a rapidly expanding product line and customer base
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience at working both independently and in team-oriented environments
• Some knowledge of motion controls, or digital audio networking protocols and interfaces is beneficial, but not required

Education Required / Preferred: Bachelors degree in sales or marketing with 2-5 years experience.

Salary up to $60k
